Payment Terms

All contracts and service agreements require a non-refundable deposit of sixty percent (60%) of the total amount at the time of signing. The remaining balance of forty percent (40%) must be paid in full upon delivery of the final product or completion of the contracted service, unless otherwise specified in writing and agreed to by both parties.

  • Guidance on posing and group arrangements

  • 15 fully edited images (color, exposure, composition retouch)

  • Private online gallery with high-resolution and web-optimized files

  • Delivery within 1–2 weeks

Investment: $450 CAD

Optional Add-Ons

  • Extra edited image: $20 each (or 5 for $90)

  • Additional shooting time: $150 CAD per hour

  • Extended family (6–10 members): +$75

  • Professional makeup artist: available upon request

  • Advanced retouch (skin, creative edit): $30 per image

Terms

Contract renews monthly, cancel anytime with 7 days' notice Photos and videos are licensed for digital commercial use. Sessions must take place within Metro Vancouver (travel fees apply outside) Drone service limited to outdoor locations and weather conditions.
