Yair Marquez

2016 - Present

My passion for visual storytelling began in my teenage years, when I first started experimenting with cameras. What began as a curiosity soon turned into a lifelong pursuit of capturing people, moments, and emotions through a lens.

I started working professionally in 2016, beginning my career in television in Mexico. There, I was involved in the production and coverage of news, social events, and fashion shows—gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This early exposure shaped my discipline and sharpened my eye for compelling images.

Since then, I’ve expanded my work across photography, videography, and editing—specializing in portraits, commercial work, job site documentation, food photography, and creative short films. My work is deeply influenced by my roots in fashion and editorial, and I often draw from that background to shape the visual language of each project.
